A: Yes, please come to the back of the building and park in stall #10.


Q: What is your turn around time?

A: Computer engraving - allow 3 business days depending on the order size.
25% rush charges on orders less than 3 business days.
Rush orders by request only.


Q: Do you do all of your engraving on site?

A: Yes.


Q: What does it cost to courier an item from Vancouver?

A: A discounted price of $5.00, each way, is available for overnight pickup and drop off.
